Through their combined efforts, Azaroff and Prill have built and managed numerous
large office buildings, many of which were for demanding government clients such
as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Secret Service.

Azaroff oversaw the design and construction of three million square feet at the Portals, located in Southwest, Washington, D.C. and Republic Square in Capitol Hill. He also served as the Project Manager for the Charles E. Smith corporate headquarters in Crystal City, VA. In 1994, Azaroff also was the Construction Manager for the World Cup at RFK
Stadium in Washington, D.C. Prior to this, he spent 10 years working for large, local
general contractors.

Prill functioned as the Senior Project Manager for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, which included a historic renovation of their administrative center. He also worked at the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center, and a host of other projects, many high
profile, all of which he saw from the bidding phase through project completion.
